From a permanent static post to a weekend patrol, scaled to follow your actual exposure to risk.
Surveillance patrols
Scheduled rounds at variable times, outside and inside, checking exits and gates, inspecting technical rooms, and spotting leaks, fire outbreaks or damage.
Site opening and closing
Taking care of the morning opening and the evening closing: setting the alarm, checking the site is empty, locking up. This saves you from imposing these hours on your staff.
Alarm verification
A guard is sent out when the alarm triggers, carries out a visual check, assesses the alert and reports back. The vast majority of triggers are false alarms — worth knowing before you call the police.
Construction site surveillance
Protecting equipment, plant and materials, controlling access and deliveries, preventing copper and fuel theft, and deterring intrusions and squatting on sites that have shut down for a while.
Vacant sites and mothballed buildings
An empty building attracts illegal occupation and vandalism. Regular patrols, checks on boarded-up openings, and immediate reporting of any break-in.

What needs protecting
High-value stock, plant, copper, fuel, data, or simply business continuity. The answer changes everything: a warehouse of power tools and a pallet storage site do not call for the same effort.
The site's layout
Length of fencing, number of access points, blind spots, existing lighting, camera coverage. A site with four access points and no cameras needs more human presence than one that is enclosed and filmed.
The vulnerable time slots
Nights, weekends, holidays, annual shutdown periods. We concentrate resources where the risk is real rather than spreading a permanent presence too thinly to be useful.
How it fits with what you already have
Alarm, remote monitoring, CCTV: human presence complements these tools, it does not replace them. We plug into what you already have in place.

Static night post
Checking drivers in, watching the loading docks, indoor patrols between deliveries. The main risk isn't outside intrusion but goods disappearing during loading.
Night and weekend patrols
Theft of copper, cables and fuel is concentrated on long weekends. A well-timed patrol schedule costs a fraction of what an immobilised piece of plant represents.
Temporary guarding
Three weeks of summer closure: reinforced presence, checks on any remaining deliveries, and above all keeping a fallback contact in place for technical alarms.

What is the difference between manned guarding and remote monitoring?
Remote monitoring detects from a distance; manned guarding sees and acts on the spot. An alarm tells you a contact has opened, not whether it is an intruder, an animal or a technical fault.
The two are complementary: remote monitoring covers the site continuously at low cost, while the guard steps in to verify the alarm and deal with what the technology cannot.
Can we take just night patrols, without a static post?
Yes, that is in fact the most common option. Two to four rounds per night, at deliberately variable times, are often enough to deter. We adjust the frequency according to the season and the site's incident history.
Can your guards check the identity of people entering the site?
They can check an access authorisation, a badge, a work order or a delivery note, and refuse entry to anyone who does not have one. However, identity checks in the legal sense are the exclusive preserve of the police: a private guard has no law-enforcement powers whatsoever.
Are we liable if your guard isn't declared?
Yes, and it is the least well-known point in the sector. Above €5,000 excl. VAT, the client must check every six months that their provider is up to date with its social security obligations. If not, the client can be held jointly and severally liable for the payment of contributions, taxes and wages in the event of undeclared work.
We systematically provide the URSSAF compliance certificate, our professional liability insurance certificate and our operating authorisation. Demand these three documents from any provider, not just from us.
Do you provide short-term reinforcement, for just a few days?
Yes: annual shutdown, stocktaking, relocating a site, periods of industrial tension, the aftermath of a break-in. In these cases, we draw up a one-off quote, with no minimum term.
For recurring needs, we prefer a service contract with a fixed rate: it is clearer for you, and it lets us always assign the same guards to your site.
