The company
SASU LGS, trading as LG Sécurité, is a single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company registered with the trade and companies register of Chalon-sur-Saône. We supply security guards for events, businesses and public-access buildings, in Burgundy-Franche-Comté, Rhône and Ain.
01 · Our commitments
Rather than promise excellence in general terms, we prefer to say precisely what we commit to, and what you can hold us to account for.
Private security work is regulated by the French Internal Security Code (Code de la sécurité intérieure): the company must hold an operating authorisation, and each guard a CNAPS professional licence. We check these licences are valid before every mission, and provide you with a copy on request.
Staff declared, hours declared, contributions paid, contractual premiums applied. This isn't a virtue: it's the law. It's also your protection: above €5,000 excl. VAT, regulations require the client to check its supplier's compliance, and we provide the supporting documents for this.
Instructions are drawn up and agreed with you before the shift starts. During the mission, an incident log is kept. Afterwards, you receive a mission report. You know what was done, not just that someone was present.
No call centre, no account manager who changes every six months. On major deployments, the managing director is on site in person. It's the main advantage of a company our size, and we intend to keep it that way.
A job too big for our headcount, a deadline we can't meet, a request that would fall outside the legal framework: we'd rather say so. A badly run mission costs everyone more than a mission honestly declined.
02 · Regulatory framework
Many disputes arise from confusion over the actual powers of a private security guard. Here are the limits, stated plainly.
Watch, prevent, deter. Screen access points and refuse entry. Offer a visual bag inspection, which the person remains free to accept or decline. Enforce house rules. Alert and guide the emergency services. Report in writing.
Check identity in the legal sense, search a person or bag without their consent, detain someone outside the strict framework of a flagrant offence, or intervene on the public highway except in cases provided for by law. No guard is granted any public-authority power.
The company's operating authorisation, each guard's professional licence, a URSSAF compliance certificate less than six months old, and proof of professional liability insurance. We provide these documents without you having to ask twice.

In accordance with Article L.612-14 of the Code, the operating authorisation confers no public-authority powers on the company or on the individuals who hold it.
